Illawarra Multicultural Services now runs the Citizenship Test Support Program supported by financial assistance from the Australian Government Department of Immigration and Citizenship (DIAC).
This program provides 2 days of FREE classes and/or personal tutoring to help clients understand and prepare for the Citizenship Test.
We can also help clients with their Application for Citizenship once they have passed the test. The next dates for classes are:
Saturday 27th September (9.30 – 3:30pm)
Saturday 8th November & Saturday 15th November (9.30-3:30pm both days)
If these dates are inconvenient, personal tutoring at a more convenient time is available.
The program also includes the opportunity for half-day training of agency staff, volunteers and family members focusing on FAQ's and the general process of becoming a citizen. The first staff and volunteer training will be held on Monday 1st September at IMS.
