fake anti-virus programs so that they may steal money under false pretences and/or information
from their computers when connected to the Internet.
The list of fake (or ‘rogue’) anti-virus and anti-spyware programs is large and the names can easily
change. But as a guide, Wikipedia has produced a list of fake anti-virus software to be avoided. |
